SHARPEN YOUR SENSES IN THE FRESH AIR OF THE PYRENEES
SIGHT We look for excellent opportunitiesto photograph the National Park of Aigüestortes and Estany de Sant Maurici. One of the best places in Catalonia to photograph nature. Lunch. Night: After dinner astronomical observation with a tasting of Pyrenean liqueurs.
SMELL We awake your sense of smell in the Parc de les Olors, an outdoor space where the culture of araomatic plants is nurtere. Experience the garden through sight, touch and smell while learning about the plants' culinary, medicinal and other aromatic uses.

TASTE To visit Peça d'Altron, where the cheese is produced int he traditional way (reduced production) without any additives. Only local cow's milk, gelled and salt along with curing in a cave make this cheese something special. Celler Batlliu, mountain vineyards, located between 900 and 1000 meters, on lands abounding in slate and with a great deal of precipitation, they nevertheless produce quality wines due to the winds and a considerable thermal CONTRAST between day and night.
The owners will tell us about their experiences in this project while we have a taste of wine and cheese.
Lunch at the Farmhouse of the Celler, quite an experience.
TOUCH We join a shepherd and his dogs as they work with the xisqueta, the local Pyreneansheep. Visit the Eco Museum in Llesui to learn more about shepherding and the importance of sheep to the region.
Get hands-on with a local artisan and work with the wool. Activity in collaboration with the Association "obrador Xisqueta". Lunch.
LISTENING We experience the silence of Certescan Lake, the largest lake in the pyrenees. Then listen to the power of the water at the hydroelectric plant in Tavascan. Witness the journey of the water flowing from the high mountains to the valleys. THE BUGLE OF THE DEER (from September to October only) The male deer allow the observation and listening to a spectacular attraction of nature.
